WEE Care Inc. (Where Everyone Excels) Juvenile Success & Community Re-Entry is a Second Chance, Community-Based, licensed 501c3 non-profit organization offering vital programs to improve outcomes for non-violent at-risk individuals returning from local jails, juvenile facilities or participants of community correctional and behavioral programs.
Dealing with the challenges of today requires problem-solvers who bring different perspectives and are willing to take risks. WEE Care emerged out of a pursuit to inspire and support the community, and a desire for actions to speak louder than words. MISSION
To offer successful community-based programs that meet the needs of individuals who display social incompetence or at medium-to-high risk of reoffending as determined by validated criminogenic risk assessments.
VISION
To reduce the statistical recidivism rate and increase economic stability for individuals through effective programs providing mentorship, life skills, workforce development, and job placement opportunities.
